At Junkers Nest Vintage we are ready for this end-of-the-year-all-the-best holidays crammed together roller coaster ride! Buckle up because it’s going to go fast! We have all of your holiday decorating needs and great ideas for gifts. No tricks, just eye candy and other treats are in the shop.
The “bers” are finally feeling real here in Sumner, WA. Septem”ber”, didn’t seem like a “ber” because it was so hot! I mean how can a person think about sipping hot apple cider, spiced pumpkin lattes and chai when it is in the 80s and 90s? Right?! But yippee, now it’s October and today was perfect! Crisp, clear with sunshine and blue skies. Perfect weather for chai. We will be sipping on delicious warm drinks throughout the holiday season.
Do you love the “ber” months?
We love the months that end in “ber.” Do you? Which one is your favorite or do they all just sort of run together and you catch yourself saying stuff like “Happy Hallowthankmas” during these last months of the year?
While strolling along historic Main Street stop by Junkers Nest Vintage–we have a ton of great ideas to make your home the place everyone will want to visit for a wicked good time. And please visit all the rest of the shops in town too. They are all decorated in autumn colors with Halloween accents creating the perfect atmosphere for even the littlest ghouls and goblins to have fun.
So glad to live in a world with Octobers & Novembers & Decembers. Grateful for Septembers too.

Fair warning:
The ravens aren’t part of the welcoming committee, they are too busy keeping the basket of secret potions and creepy ingredient bottles safe and secure. An important job — we have spooky bottles for everything from love potions to dragon skin. Please read the sign impolite demon summoners are frowned upon all across town. Manners are everything from Sumner to Stars Hollow!

Road construction at Main & Kinkaid is complete!
The street and sidewalk construction along Main, Kincaid & Cherry is finished–we love the revamped venue for festivals, concerts in the gazebo and car shows. It was a long year waiting for completion, let us know if you think it was worth the inconvenience. It will also be perfect for Trick or Treating!
Street of Treats!
Street of treats is the perfect trick or treating activity. It starts early, afterwards you can get the kids to bed early, take them to trick or treat your neighborhood or let them do their own thing. Best of both worlds!
